Three Poems

Three poems by H. W. Honeycutt, 2016

"Key West Postcard," "When You Win at Gambling," and "Magic Minus Zero" published exclusively by The Movable Fulcrum, July 20, 2016

Can I preview one?
Why, sure. Key West Postcard is here.

Inspiration for each:
"Key West Postcard" - Meditations on my escape plan.
"When You Win at Gambling" - Hitting the number I needed at Fire Keeper's Casino in Battle Creek, Michigan.
"Magic Minus Zero" - Watching a documentary about the last man ever to walk on the moon. Also, one stanza is cribbed from Henry Miller's Sexus. An homage.

These three poems are available free, for those who enter their email address on the right hand side of this web page.
